Introduktion
Utbildningen i polymerteknik ger studenterna de kunskaper, färdigheter och kompetenser som krävs för att arbeta som ingenjör inom plasttillverknings-, bearbetnings- och användningsindustrin. Detta inkluderar bland annat planering och tillämpning av moderna produktionsmetoder och plastoptimerad design, layout och konfiguration av felfria plastkomponenter. Läroplan
The standard period of study of the modularly-structured Plastics Engineering Bachelor's degree program is six semesters.
Initially, basic knowledge is primarily imparted in the first three semesters. This includes the mathematics-natural science and engineering basic subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Strength of materials, etc.
The scientific internship project as well as the Bachelor thesis with colloquium with 15 credits each are done in the 6th semester. A total of 180 credit points are to be completed for the Bachelor of Science degree.
The degree program concludes with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) title.
